I am a part time freelance photographer located in Leuven, Belgium. It is a nice old Belgian university town in about 30 km east of Brussels.
I like to make artistic pictures, but my main focus is stock work. I don't have a strong preference in one subject. I photograph landscape and nature, I make industrial pictures, doing studio people shots, etc. What I am not doing is news/reportage photography; and I am not doing macro pictures.
I've been involved with photography since my childhood i.e. over 20 years. Photography used to be my hobby for a long time and turned to a part-time job a few years ago. I started selling stock photos since 2005. I am doing assignments occasionally but not often. Focusing on stock photography allows me to remain the owner of my time which is usually impossible for photographers doing regular assignment work.
Despite the main focus on stock, I am making some pictures that I consider myself "artistic". I don't want to keep them for myself this is why they are available for you here at ImageKind!
